Our fitness studio is designed to provide private, semi-private and small group classes to nurture and aid in the personal needs and goals of our clients and patients. We employ various modalities of fitness including Pilates, Yoga and TRX with various modifications to customize workouts for individual needs, injuries and levels of fitness.
